Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for or attending any workshop, programme, or service offered by Hypnotika Mente Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hypnotika Mente Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Company Registration Number: 08629714. Registered Office: 42 Blakenham Road, London, SW17 8NZ. Our services are delivered online and in person by Maria Fuentes, Performance Strategist, through the website www.mariafuentes.co.uk.
2. Services Offered
We offer the following event formats:
• In-Person (Presential) Workshops: held at a physical venue, the details of which will be confirmed upon booking. Attendance requires the participant to travel to the stated venue.
• Online Workshops: delivered via video conferencing platform (e.g. Zoom). A secure access link will be provided upon registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device.
• Webinars: live or pre-recorded online sessions, typically shorter in format and open to larger audiences. Access details are provided upon registration.
• Free events: available at no charge, subject to availability, across all three formats above.
• Paid events: fees apply as stated at the time of registration, across all three formats above.
3. Registration & Booking
• Places are confirmed upon receipt of completed registration and, where applicable, full payment.
• For in-person workshops, venue details and any access instructions will be sent to your registered email address no later than 48 hours before the event.
• For online workshops and webinars, your access link will be sent to your registered email address no later than 24 hours before the event. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
• Free events are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit numbers.
• We reserve the right to decline any registration at our discretion without providing a reason.
4. Technical Requirements (Online Workshops & Webinars)
• Participants are responsible for their own internet connection, hardware, and software required to access online sessions.
• We recommend a stable broadband connection, a working microphone, and a webcam where participation is expected.
• We are not liable for any disruption to your participation caused by technical issues on your end.
• If an online session is disrupted by a technical failure on our side, we will make a recording or alternative access available where reasonably possible.
5. Payment Terms
• Fees are stated in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
• Payment plans: instalments are due on the agreed dates. Failure to pay may result in loss of access to the event or programme.
• Payments are processed securely via our appointed payment provider.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Paid In-Person Workshops:
• Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-13 calendar days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the event: no refund.
• Non-attendance without prior notice: no refund.
• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs you may have incurred.
Paid Online Workshops:
• Cancellations made 14 or more calendar days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-13 calendar days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the event: no refund.
• If a recording is provided as part of the package and has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Paid Webinars:
• Cancellations made 7 or more calendar days before the event: full refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days before the event: no refund.
• Where a replay recording is included and has been accessed, no refund will be issued.
Free Events (All Formats):
• No charge applies. Please notify us if you can no longer attend so your place may be offered to someone else.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us:
• If we cancel or reschedule any event, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• For in-person workshops cancelled by us, we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs you have incurred.
• For online events disrupted by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. platform outages), we will endeavour to reschedule or provide a recording where possible.
7. Rescheduling & Transfers
You may request to transfer your booking to a future event of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. The following conditions apply:
• In-person workshops: minimum 7 days' notice required.
• Online workshops: minimum 5 days' notice required.
• Webinars: minimum 48 hours' notice required.
• One free transfer is permitted per booking. Subsequent transfers may incur an administration fee.
8. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, systems, tools, and resources created by or belonging to Hypnotika Mente Ltd are protected by UK and international intellectual property law, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
The following are proprietary and/or trademarked assets of Hypnotika Mente Ltd:
• BAGC6™ (Executive Reset) - registered trademark application filed with the UK Intellectual Property Office
• F.R.E.E.D.O.M™ Framework - proprietary methodology
• S.C.A.L.E.S™ System - proprietary methodology
• Tradmind Mastery™ - proprietary programme and associated intellectual property
• All workshop materials, workbooks, slides, scripts, recordings, and associated content
• The brand identity of Hypnotika Mente Ltd including names, logos, colour schemes, and visual assets
By attending any workshop, webinar, or programme, you agree to the following:
• You will not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, reproduce, republish, share, sell, or distribute any part of the materials or content presented, in any format, without our prior written consent.
• You will not use our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or systems (in whole or in part) in any commercial capacity, including in your own coaching, training, or consulting services, without a written licence agreement from Hypnotika Mente Ltd.
• You will not teach, present, or repurpose our content as your own, whether for free or for payment.
• Any breach of these terms may result in legal action including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of costs.
Personal use of insights and learnings for your own professional or personal growth is encouraged and permitted. It is the commercial use, reproduction, and distribution of our proprietary intellectual property that is prohibited.

9. Use of Artificial Intelligence
At Hypnotika Mente Ltd, we are committed to delivering the highest quality materials and experiences. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools are used as part of our content development and research process, including in the preparation of workshop materials, workbooks, slides, scripts, and written content such as newsletters and social media.
All AI-assisted content is reviewed, refined, and approved by Maria Fuentes before use. The frameworks, methodologies, intellectual property, and all delivery remain entirely human-led and are the original work of Hypnotika Mente Ltd. AI is used as a productivity and research tool only — it does not replace the expertise, judgement, or personalised approach that underpins every programme and workshop we deliver.
We do not use AI to process, analyse, or make decisions based on your personal data. Any personal information you share during workshops or programmes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
• Our workshops and programmes are educational and developmental in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal advice.
• Results vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypnotika Mente Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your participation in our services.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant workshop.
11. Participant Conduct
You agree to treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or harmful, without refund.
12. Recording & Media
Workshops may be recorded for quality and development purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in any recording unless you notify us in advance. Recordings remain the property of Hypnotika Mente Ltd and will not be shared publicly without consent, except where technical or summary recordings are used for our own business purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
